ACSI Restroom Trailer/Towable; Girls side has three stalls & Boys has one stall and 3 urinals. It has a tank for waste but can be plumbed in from the tank. Water hook up is from a water hose type hook up. The HVAC was replaced 1 year ago and when unhooked it was working. The trailer runs on 2 - 20 amp breakers and can be wired up to run off ext cords. Seller had it wired directly in an electrical panel. Shows wear from daily use at an elementary school. It is in need of renovations on the interior. The walkups and portions around the trailer show rust from salt melt being placed on the stairs and not being cleaned off. The frame seems to be in okay condition. I was drove 5 miles to the location it is currently staged and at least one of the hubs is making noise going down the road. The tires are holding air and don't show dry rot or sun damage but they are at least 15 years old. The trailer is 15 or so years old and shows wear from daily use at an elementary school. It is in need of renovations on the interior. The wiring for the trailer brakes and lights has been cut and are not currently working. The tongue and jack are operable.
