Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is a defense plant under contract to the U.S. government. Plant security is strict, is mandated by the Department of Defense, and cannot be violated. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE US CITIZENS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN LOCKHEED MARTIN AUCTIONS! YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE SEARCHED before being admitted to the plant. Once admitted to the plant, you will be escorted at all times. Your vehicle and the auction items being picked up will be inspected before departing the plant. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the guidelines below:
* Anyone seeking admittance to the plant must show a valid form of picture identification; i.e., current driver's license or military ID;
* You must have a paid receipt issued by Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc.;
* No children under the age of 18 years;
* No animals;
* No weapons or weapon paraphernalia (guns, rifles, shotguns, BB guns, compressed air guns or rifles, knives more than 3 1/2 inches in length, spent or unspent ammunition, no compressed air gun or rifle cylinders, etc.);
* No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia;
* No explosive devices, chemical compounds or mixtures, fire works and/or dangerous substances;
* No device with electronic and/or photographic recording capability (still or video cameras, cell phones with cameras, exposed or unexposed rolls of film, etc.);
* No devices designed to intercept aural or electronic communications or conduct electronic surveillance;
* No alcoholic beverages;
* No pornographic material and/or paraphernalia;
* No gambling equipment and/or paraphernalia.
Children under the age of 18 years will not be allowed on the site.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
All payments for this auction must be received no later than Monday, January 12, 2026. If we do not receive payment by the due date, your account will be temporarily deactivated pending receipt of payment.
We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Zelle, Wire Transfers, Cash, or Funds from your Refundable Deposit. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. All payments totaling over $10,000.00 MUST be paid with a single cashiers check or via wire transfer.

* To receive wire transfer instructions, please reply to your invoice to request the information. There will be a fee for international wire transfers and that information will be provided upon request.
* To apply your refundable deposit towards this purchase, please reply to your invoice. LIMITED BY AMOUNT IN DEPOSIT AND NO OTHER WINNING BIDS. If we use a portion of your deposit for payment your account will be deactivated until such time as your deposit account is brought back to its required level. On occasion, we may use your deposit to process a paid receipt on or before the stated due date.

REMOVAL: January 13th from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All items must be removed by January 13, 2026. Bidders need to allow 30 minutes for pick ups. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO THE REMOVAL DATES. YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT TO REMOVE ITEMS. After the final day for removal, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC).

LOADING AND OWNERSHIP: The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The ownership of any and all items not removed by the final day of removal will revert back to the Seller and they may re-sell or dispose of the property as they see fit.
SALES TAX INFORMATION: Any Bidder wishing to claim resale or exemption must provide the properly executed tax forms within the time of payment as provided above, and the decision to accept the tax form is in the sole discretion of Auctioneer. The resale and exemption forms can be found on our website by clicking on Forms under the Help Menu. It must be completed in its entirety in order to be accepted. Under no circumstance will sales tax be adjusted on an electronic receipt once it has been issued.
AUCTION ITEM(S) ACCEPTED BY BIDDER. Bidder understands that the auction item(s) subject to this agreement is surplus material and that Bidder is receiving the auction item(s) on an as-is, where-is basis. LMMFC is not in the business of selling or distributing auction items and makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the condition of any auction item at the time of transfer concerning its fitness for use by the Bidder.
Bidder, by the act of bidding on any LMMFC auction item(s), certifies and warrants that Bidder has read Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. (RBAI), LMMFC Terms and Conditions and the LMMFC Certificate of Intended Use and that Bidder agrees, as a possible Winning Bidder, that any auction item(s) purchased from LMMFC is being purchased for personal use.
Bidder understands that disposal or diversion of the purchased auction item(s) from the intended use could expose LMMFC to potential liability under various environmental laws, and acknowledges that disposal or diversion of subject auction item(s) may trigger Bidders obligation, under the parties agreement, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LMMFC from such liability. BIDDERS USE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A DISPOSAL.
LMMFC is transferring to Bidder the auction item(s) subject to this agreement with the understanding that Bidder will use the auction item(s) for a purpose that does not amount to a disposal of hazardous wastes under applicable environmental laws.
Bidder hereby warrants that its intended use of the auction item(s) will satisfy the requirements set forth in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulation of 40 C.F.R. 261.2 (e) (and/or any analogous state regulation) such that LMMFC is under no obligation to manage the auction item(s) as hazardous waste and will not be subject to liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq, (CERCLA), by virtue of Bidder's use/disposition of the auction item(s).
Bidder hereby releases LMMFC from any and all liability arising under RCRA and/or CERCLA (and/or analogous state law) relating to Bidder's use/disposition, and Bidder hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LMMFC from such liability to third parties.
Bidder releases LMMFC from any and all liability relating to Bidders receipt and use or other disposition of the auction item(s), and hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LMMFC and its representatives from such liability (including, but not limited to, strict products liability in tort) to third parties.
